    [摘要] 任何产业都在外界环境的包围中发展。近年来，云南中药产业发展迅猛，已成为全省生物医药产业中规模和影响力最大的领域。但其发展环境存在产业联动性弱、人才支撑不足、创新能力不强、企业综合竞争力有限等制约因素。从云南省委省政府的高度重视、良好的产业基础、富集的中药材资源、丰富的民族医药文化、不断提速的标准化建设可知，云南中药产业发展环境优化的潜力巨大。建议加强顶层设计与引导，加大人才培引，增强创新驱动，做大做特中药企业，切实优化云南中药产业发展环境，推进产业转型升级。

In recent years， traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry of Yunnan Province develops rapidly， and it has already become the largest and most influential area in the biomedical industry of whole province.
