    [摘要] 目的 探讨微小RNA-221(miRNA-221)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及意义。 方法 收集新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院2010年1月～2011年1月接受肺叶切除+系统性淋巴结清扫的53例NSCLC患者的临床资料。采用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测上述NSCLC组织及癌旁组织标本中miRNA-221的水平。分析miRNA-221表达水平与各临床病理参数的关系，采用Kaplan-Meier方法分析miRNA-221表达与NSCLC生存期(OS)之间的关系。 结果 miRNA-221在NSCLC组织中的相对表达量为(0.0234±0.0002)，在癌旁组织中的相对表达量为(0.0095±0.0003)，miRNA-221在NSCLC组织中的相对表达量高于癌旁组织(P 0.05)。 结论 miRNA-221是潜在的肺癌预后预测分子标志物，miRNA-221可能参与了NSCLC的发生、发展。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and significance of microRNA-221 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods A total of 53 NSCLC cases′ clinical material were collected from Cancer Hospital Affiliated of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to January 2011， and all the cases accepted pulmonary lobectomy and systematic mediastinal lymphadenectomy. Levels of miRNA-221 in the NSCLC and adjacent tissues were examined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The relationship between expression level of miRNA-221 and clinic pathological parameters were analyzed.
