基于新医改背景下公立医院人力资源开发与管理问题改善的建议

    [摘要] 随着我国医疗卫生服务体制改革不断进行,当前已经入到了攻坚克难的深水区,医院作为医改过程中的主要力量,面临着新的机遇与挑战,医院人力资源管理的重要性更加凸显。为改善公立医院人力资源管理现状,通过对新医改过程中我国公立医院人力资源管理过程中存在的问题进行探讨,提出构建以人為本的人力资源管理体系的建议,将有助于提高医院医疗服务水平和效率,实现公立医院现代化建设。

    [Abstract] With the continuous reform of Chinese medical and health service system, it has entered a deep-water zone that is difficult to overcome. Hospitals, as the main force in the medical reform process, face new opportunities and challenges, and the importance of hospital human resources management is even more prominent. In order to improve the status quo of human resources management in public hospitals, through the discussion of the problems existing in the process of human resources management in public hospitals in the process of new medical reform, the proposal to build a human-oriented human resource management system will help to improve the level of hospital medical services.
