    [摘要] 针对女大学生普遍存在的亚健康问题，设计开发了辨体施膳智能保健APP。该APP可以根据用户的信息进行智能分析，首先辨别用户的体质分型，然后从“药茶-药膳糕点-药膳汤煲-膳后调护-起居建议”五个方面反馈给用户一套系统而具体可行的药膳保健方案。实践证明，辨体施膳智能保健APP可以帮助女大学生正确地进行药膳食疗调理，起到保健、消除亚健康的作用。
