    [摘要] 红景天苷是红景天的有效成分之一，具有多种药理活性。脓毒症诱导的心功能障碍(SIMD)是造成脓毒症预后不良的重要原因，目前认为SIMD的发生机制主要与心肌抑制性因子的直接作用、心肌能量代谢障碍、钙离子转运障碍、心肌细胞凋亡、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)异常、肾上腺素信号抑制等因素有关。本文将结合国内外近期相关实验研究，试图从病理生理角度探讨红景天苷对SIMD的保护作用机制，为后续的深入研究和临床应用提供理论依据。

    [Abstract] Salidroside is one of the active constituents of Rhodiola and has a variety of pharmacological activities. Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction (SIMD) is an important cause of poor prognosis in sepsis. It is believed that the mechanism of SIMD is mainly related to the direct action of myocardial inhibitory factor， myocardial energy metabolism disorder， calcium ion transport disorder， myocardial apoptosis， renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) abnormalities， adrenergic signal inhibition and other factors. This article will combine the recent experimental research at home and abroad to try to explore the protective mechanism of salidroside on SIMD from the perspective of pathophysiology， and provide theoretical basis for further in-depth research and clinical application. ......
