    [摘要] 目的 探讨超声肿瘤体积倍增时间(TVDT)与乳腺癌肿瘤增殖/侵袭分子表达的相关性。 方法 选取2016年12月～2018年6月于浙江省台州市中西医结合医院(以下简称“我院”)就诊的85例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，另选取我院同期病理确诊的56例乳腺腺瘤患者。患者應用三维超声进行检查，计算TVDT，并对乳腺癌、乳腺腺瘤患者病理学相关指标进行统计学分析。 结果 乳腺癌肿瘤病灶TVDT水平均明显低于乳腺腺瘤患者(P 0.5， P < 0.05). Conclusion Abnormal TVDT levels may occur in patients with breast cancer， and the degree of reduction is closely related to the expression of genes involved in proliferation and invasion of breast cancer patients. Therefore， based on the level of TVDT， the therapeutic effect and prognosis of breast cancer patients can be evaluated.
