[摘要] 医院后勤是医院的重要组成部门，为医院日常运行提供了重要的基础保障。本文结合医药卫生体制改革的新要求和新形势，以进一步提升医院后勤服务保障能力为目标，聚焦后勤外包服务这一核心工作，通过分析医院后勤外包服务方面存在的问题和风险，研究提出具体的解决措施和建议，以确保提供优质、高效、满意的后勤外包服务。
