    [摘要] 强直性脊柱炎是临床常见的慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病，中医称之“大偻”，其好发于青年人。仇湘中教授从事中医临床工作35年余，对该病的治疗具有丰富的经验。仇教授归纳强直性脊柱炎是本虚标实之证，其本虚为肾督亏虚，标实为瘀血阻络，临证注重以寒热为纲进行分期论治，用药上专于平补，倡导肾肝脾同补，善用虫药及引经药，收到了良好的临床效果，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Ankylosing spondylitis is clinical common chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease， which is called “Da Lou” in traditional Chinese medicine and is popular in adolescence.
