    [摘要] 脑卒中是神经系统常见病及多发病，严重威胁人类的健康。针灸治疗脑卒中已获得广泛认可，针灸可有效抑制脑缺血发生后产生的级联反应及神经元损伤。本文探讨电针干预脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制，为电针在临床上治疗该疾病提供理论依据。
