    [摘要] 近年来，随着生活方式及饮食结构的变化，我国结直肠癌发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。检测外周血液中循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)对于结直肠癌的早期诊断、治疗效果监测、预后方面评估有重要意义。CTC是指因自发或诊疗操作脱离实体瘤从肿瘤原发灶或转移灶进入外周血循环中的肿瘤细胞。观察CTC数目变化对于结直肠癌的个体化诊疗有重要的临床意义。本文旨在对近年来CTC的检测技术及其在结直肠癌方面的诊断、治疗、预后的临床研究进展进行综述。

    [Abstract] In recent years， with the changes of lifestyle and diet structure， the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer in China are on the rise. The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood has important significance for the early diagnosis， therapeutic effect monitoring and prognosis assessment of colorectal cancer. CTC refers to the tumor cells that have separated from solid tumor and entered the peripheral blood circulation from the primary tumor or metastatic tumor due to spontaneous or clinical operation. Observing the number changes of CTC has important clinical significance for the individualized diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
