    [摘要] 妇科恶性肿瘤为现如今较常见的恶性肿瘤，卵巢与宫颈为其好发部位。由于其发生的部位及其功能的特殊性，大部分患者会出现紧张、焦虑、怀疑、恐懼、回避、自卑及悲观抑郁等不良心理状态，故较其他恶性肿瘤而言更值得关注与护理。由此即提出科学普及与告知、心理及精神行为干预和团体干预的护理对策，使患者能够长期维持积极的心理状态并配合治疗，以期达到延长生命与提高生存质量的目的，故将其总结并在此综述。

    [Abstract] Gynecological malignancy is a common malignancy nowadays， and ovary and cervix are its most common sites. Due to the particularity of its occurrence site and function， most patients will appear tense， anxiety， doubt， fear， avoidance， inferiority and pessimistic depression and other adverse psychological state， so it is more worthy of attention and care than other malignant tumors. Therefore， it puts forward the nursing countermeasures of scientific popularization and notification， psychological and spiritual behavior intervention and group intervention， so that patients can maintain a positive psychological state for a long time and cooperate with the treatment， in order to achieve the purpose of extending life and improving the quality of life ......
