    [摘要] 浮脉为脉诊的纲领脉之一，是临床较常见的生理、病理脉象，对临床诊疗具有重要意义。从秦汉至今，浮脉理论发展历经了上千年的历史。在论述脉诊的医学古籍中，关于浮脉的记载在诸多脉象中多居于首位，其受到了历代医家的重视。随着现代科学技术的进步，浮脉的相关研究也在与时俱进。根据其影响因素，浮脉可以分为受体型、季节、肺部、精神因素影响而出现的生理性浮脉，以及与正邪交争、人体阴阳气血等因素相关的病理性浮脉。对于臨床中出现的病理性浮脉，本文还从寸、关、尺三部各自出现浮象与三部俱浮两方面进行论述，简述了浮脉作为单因素脉象时的主病特点，并且整理了浮脉参与构成的相兼脉的主病及浮脉的临床意义。浮脉的临床鉴别受多种因素影响，在诊疗过程中需要综合分析，客观诊断，以便更好地为临床服务。

    [Abstract] As one of the guiding veins of pulse-diagnosis， the floating pulse is a common physiological and pathological pulse in clinic， which is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. From Qin-Han dynasties to the present， the development and improvement of the theory of floating pulse have experienced a history of thousands of years. In the ancient medical books on pulse-diagnosis， the record of floating pulse is in the first place among many pulse signs， which has been paid attention by doctors of all dynasties.
