    [摘要] IgA肾病是我国常见的原发性肾小球疾病，具有较高的发病率，其病因及發病机制尚未明确，目前尚无统一的治疗方案。西医治疗IgA肾病临床常选用药物包括肾素-血管紧张素系统阻断剂、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等。中医药治疗IgA肾病在其分期、分型基础上进行个体化辨证施治，并结合个人经验，临床疗效显著。在当今整合医学形势下，应当充分发挥中西医治疗IgA肾病优势并进行结合治疗，本文就IgA肾病的西医治疗和中医药治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。
