    [摘要] 随着中医住院医师规范化培训政策的实施和深化，临床教学对于加强教学质量，培养高层次中西医结合人才尤为重要。情景模拟与病例讨论结合模式是一种较为新颖的教学方式，相较于传统临床教学，其更注重理念的变革、内容的充实和方法的更新，该教学模式全面优化中西医结合临床教学方案，充分发挥教学相长与并重的宗旨。本文针对中医住院医师规范化培训临床带教的常见问题，围绕情景模拟与病例讨论结合模式在临床教学中的特色和优势进行思考和探讨，包括以下三方面：情景再现，轻松教学;引导为主，灌输为辅;促进理论，结合实践。
