    [摘要] 微信小程序充分利用微信庞大的用户体量，以简化的开放接口对接各种资源，与微信订阅号、微信服务号平行，允许第三方自主开发场景和内容上载，为第三方和用户提供移动轻便式服务，是开展广泛信息传播和数据连接的传播工具。将微信小程序应用于门诊预约挂号管理系统能够为用户提供方便快捷、高效的服务，有利于优化医疗服务流程，有助于提升移动医疗服务的质量。通过调查研究发现目前微信小程序在门诊预约挂号管理系统应用中存在开通的公立医疗机构数量少、挂号功能质量不佳以及信息系统与腾讯医疗团队的对接合作不够深入的问题，提出“小程序+公众号+APP”打造移动医疗服务生态系统以及“小程序+社交分享”助力医疗机构服务优化的展望。
