    [摘要] 本文首先根据供需模型展示市场规模计算方式，分析医药市场供需曲线特点及其变动对医药市场规模的影响，基于上述分析结果，采用文献调研法和鱼骨图分析法确定影响医药市场规模的因素。医药市场规模主要受患病人数、支付能力、政策制度和产品选择四项主要因素的影响，这些因素进而受到人口结构、疾病谱、收入水平、医保覆盖、医疗制度、行业管理政策和科技进步等七项次要因素的影响。
