    [摘要] 中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)已成为公认的全身炎性反应的有效指标之一。越来越多的证据显示NLR是一个简便实用的检测指标，可以准确诊断细菌性肺炎及评估患者的病情严重程度和预后，对于区分不同致病菌也有一定价值，尤其对于基层医院具有普及的临床应用意义。本文从NLR在细菌性肺炎诊断、病情及预后评估等方面的作用价值进行综述，旨在为NLR的临床应用提供依据和参考。
