    [摘要] 妊娠高血压综合征为妊娠妇女的常见并发症，发病率较高，是导致孕产妇和围生儿发病率及死亡率升高的主要原因。妊娠高血压综合征一直备受国内外妇产科领域专家们的关注，通过中医学理论对本病的病因病机进行长期有效的观察，同时应用中药来调节脏腑功，起到治疗作用。现对中药治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床医案2则进行回顾性分析，探讨其病因病机、诊断和治疗。
