    [摘要] 靜脉输液治疗是临床上一种高度专业技术，常用来治疗疾病和抢救患者，而静疗专科护士是保证高质量静脉输液治疗护理的关键。近年来，静疗专科护士的培养引起了护理管理者的高度重视。本文就静疗专科护士的概念与发展、资质认证、实践标准和培养进行综述，重点对其培养需求、培训现状和培养内容进行阐述，并提出我国静脉治疗专科护士培养展望，以期为我国静疗专科护士的培养和专业发展提供一定的参考与借鉴。

    [Abstract] Intravenous infusion therapy is a clinically highly specialized technique that is often used to treat diseases and rescue patients. The specialist nurses of intravenous therapy are the key to ensuring high-quality intravenous infusion therapy care. In recent years， the training of specialists in intravenous therapy has attracted the attention of nursing managers. This article summarizes the concept and development， qualification certification， practice standards and training of the specialist nurses of intravenous therapy， focusing on its training needs， training status and training content， and puts forward the prospect of the training of specialist nurses of intravenous therapy in China.
