    [摘要] 外阴硬化性苔藓属临床常见皮肤疑难病，禤教授指出肝肾功能失调是致病关键，风、热、燥、湿邪是发病重要因素，以皮损辨证与整体辨证相结合，概括外阴硬化性苔藓主要病机为肝经湿热、肝肾阴虚。根据不同阶段进行分期辨证和治疗，急性期以清热祛湿止痒为主，方用皮肤解毒汤加减，中后期扶正而不忘祛邪，重在补益肝肾，兼以解毒止痒，方用知柏地黄汤加减。且内外合治，配合中药熏洗、涂擦等综合治疗，临床疗效满意。

    [Abstract] Vulvar lichen sclerosus is a common skin disease in clinic. Professor Xuan points out that the dysfunction of liver and kidney is the key to the disease， and wind， heat， dryness and dampness are the important factors of the disease. The main pathogenesis of vulva lichen sclerosus is dampness and heat of liver channel， deficiency of liver and kidney yin. According to different stages of syndrome differentiation and treatment， in the acute stage， heat clearing， dampness removing and itching relieving are the main methods， which are supplemented and reduced by modified Skin Detoxification Decoction， righted in the middle and late stage without forgetting to remove pathogenic factors， and the key is to invigorate the liver and kidney， and also to detoxify and itch relieving ......
