    [摘要] 随着生活水平的日益提高和养生保健意识的不断增强，健康养生产业已成为具有巨大发展前景的朝阳产业。中医时尚养生产业将中医养生产业与时尚产业相融合，创新产业发展模式，打造产业发展的新业态。黑龙江省中医药资源充沛、中医药文化浓厚、时尚养生项目丰富、养生旅游独具特色，具备发展中医时尚养生产业的基础条件和独特优势。通过对黑龙江省中医时尚养生产业进行调研，发现养生产业普遍存在养生机构规模较小、从业人员专业化水平低、创新能力不足、行业监管弱化等问题，黑龙江省应以中医药资源为依托，发挥比较优势，按照顶层规划、统一领导、政策联动、技术支撑、优势突出、分步实施的策略，不断推进黑龙江省中医时尚养生产业的规范发展。
