    [摘要] 本文阐述了护士具有临床思维模式的重要意义，分析了临床思维模式内涵的要素包括人本位护理、有效沟通、风险意识、急救意识、专科思维、创新意识等。发现了评判性思维、系统思维、逆向思维、逻辑思维与循证思维贯穿于整个护士临床思维模式中。初步构建了模式的整体框架并浅析如何培养。旨在为护理管理者进行临床护士的培养提供理论支持。

    [Abstract] This paper expoundeed the important significance of nurses′ clinical thinking mode， and analyzed the connotation elements of clinical thinking mode， Which included people-oriented nursing， effective communication， risk consciousness， emergency medical awareness， specialized thinking， innovation mind and so on. Moreover， this paper finds that critical thinking， systematic thinking， reverse thinking， logical thinking and evidence-based thinking are throughout the whole clinical thinking mode of nurses. This paper preliminarily constructs the overall framework of the model and analyzes how to cultivate it. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for nursing managers on clinical nurses training.
