    [摘要] 本文简要介绍阿尔茨海默症(AD)动物模型并对动物实验中非实验死亡因素进行分析。通过查阅、整理并总结大量文献，对AD常用动物模型进行概述，并探讨环境、运动因素与AD动物模型非实验死亡原因的相关性。环境因素中动物饲养密度与规律运动是影响AD模型动物的存活率及实验结果。建立理想的AD动物模型，以期为实验研究中AD动物模型的科学选择提供参考。此外，采取动物种群密度饲养的调控、规律运动的方式，高模型动物的安全性评价，更好地保障实验结果的客观性。
