Caspase-1在眼科疾病中的研究进展

    [摘要] 半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白水解酶-1(Caspase-1)作为一种炎症调节因子,已被证明是炎症调控与细胞凋亡的关键环节。大量研究显示,Caspase-1广泛参与心血管疾病、代谢性疾病及肝硬化等全身疾病的分子机制中。Caspase-1与多种眼科疾病的发生同样密切相关,在年龄相关性白内障、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变等常见疾病中作用重大。本文主要对Caspase-1在上述疾病中的作用进行总结。

    [Abstract] Cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1 (caspase-1) as an inflammation regulator has been shown to be a key link in inflammation regulation and cell apoptosis. A large number of studies have shown that caspase-1 is widely involved in the molecular mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases and liver cirrhosis and other systemic diseases. Caspase-1 is also closely related to the occurrence of a variety of ophthalmic diseases, and plays an important role in common diseases such as age-related cataracts, age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. This article mainly summarizes the role of caspase-1 in the above diseases.
