    [摘要] 目的 研究神经生物学课程中运用对分课堂教学法提高学生核心素养的方法和效果评价。 方法 选择2019年9月成都医学院神经生物学专业选修课的98名学生为研究对象，教学中运用对分课堂教学法，使用调查问卷评估学生想要提升的核心素养和对分课堂教学体系培养核心素养的效果。 结果 学生在开课前想要提升的核心素养能力依次是自学能力、审辨思维能力、创新能力、沟通表达能力和合作能力。实施对分课堂教学法后学生的核心素养能力高于实施前，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)，其中自学能力提升最明显。 结论 对分课堂教学法可提高学生核心素养，符合学生发展要求，促进了医学教育的发展。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the method and effect evaluation of using Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion classroom teaching method to improve students′ core literacy in neurobiology courses.
