TAM受体及其信号通路在免疫调节中作用的研究进展
解利红 王宝军[摘要] TAM受体是受体酪氨酸酶的亚家族,包括3个成员Tyro3、Axl和Mertk。其共同配体是生长停滞特异性基因6(Gas6)和蛋白S(ProS1)。TAM受体和配体广泛表达于哺乳动物免疫、血液、生殖、循环和神经等系统的多种细胞中,具有抑制细胞凋亡、促进细胞增殖和介导细胞黏附、迁移、吞噬凋亡细胞、参与免疫调节等多种生物学功能。TAM受体及其配体在自身免疫性疾病中扮演着重要的角色。
