    [摘要] 目的 探讨局麻与全麻微创经皮肾镜取石术(MPCNL)治疗老年肾结石的效果及安全性。 方法 选取2019年1月—2020年3月赣南医学院第一附属医院接受MPCNL治疗的84例单侧肾结石患者为研究对象，根据麻醉方式的不同将其分为局麻组(研究组)和全麻组(对照组)，每组42例。两组均采用超声引导穿刺建立18 F皮肾通道，采用钬激光进行碎石。比较两组手术时间、术后发热率、术后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、结石残留率、术后住院时间和住院费用。 结果 研究组手术时间及术后住院时间短于对照组，VAS评分及住院费用低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P 0.05)。 结论 老年患者局麻与全麻MPCNL比较，可获得相同的治疗效果，局麻MPCNL手术时间和住院时间更短，术后无需至复苏室复苏，术后疼痛更轻，住院费用更低，值得临床推广应用。
