    [摘要] 失眠往往贯穿乳腺癌疾病的始终，对患者的日常生活影响至深。林毅教授通过长期临床实践发现乳腺癌相关性失眠患者多出现肝郁脾虚的征象，将其病因病机归纳为肝失疏泄、脾气虚弱，主要证型分为肝郁气滞证、肝血不足证和脾虚证，治疗当以疏肝养血健脾为主，在遣方用药上重视辨病与辨证相结合，根据乳腺癌分子分型和围术期、围化疗期、围放疗期及巩固期的分期治疗特点辨证施治;并倡导心药并举，配合生活饮食调理和精神调摄，治疗乳腺癌相关性失眠临床效果显著。
