    [摘要] 本文采用以方证因的方法，通过总结《伤寒论》及现代医家用调畅少阳枢机的代表方——小柴胡汤治疗各种病证的效果，探究“少阳为枢”的理论内涵。得出“少阳为枢”的内涵在于：少阳为气机调畅之枢、津液输布之枢和相火输布之枢，并总结出用调畅少阳枢机法可以治疗病理因素为气、水、火的相关性疾病。

    [Abstract] This article adopts the method of prescription syndrome， through summarizing the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction， the representative prescription of regulating chang shaoyang cardinal， by modern doctors， to treat various diseases and syndromes， and explores the theoretical connotation of “shaoyang as shu”.
