    [摘要] 目的 观察加味冰硼散漱口液含漱对头颈癌放疗患者免疫功能的影响。 方法 将2017年10月—2018年12月就诊于甘肃省肿瘤医院放疗科的98例符合入组条件的头颈肿瘤放疗患者依据就诊顺序按照随机数字表法分成中药组和西药组，其中，试验中脱落12例，中药组与西药组各43例纳入统计。从放疗第1天开始至放疗结束，分别给予中药组自拟加味冰硼散漱口液含漱、西药组常规西药漱口液含漱。并在放疗前后，运用流式细胞术检测两组受试者血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+，并进行比较。 结果 两组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均低于治疗前，且西药组低于中药组，差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。 结论 头颈肿瘤放疗可损伤影响患者细胞免疫功能，造成患者T细胞亚群CD4+、CD4+/CD8+数值降低;加味冰硼散漱口液含漱可减轻放疗造成的T细胞亚群CD4+、CD4+/CD8+降低。
