    [摘要] 肿瘤放疗住院医师规范化培训对促进肿瘤专业发展十分重要，美国经过几十年的实践，已建立了相对完善规范的肿瘤放疗住院医师规范化培训体系。不仅录取门槛高，重视专业知识训练，强调终身学习技能，也注重科研训练。住院医师毕业采用双向互评，淘汰结业等制度。相比美国成熟的放疗住院医师培养体系，我国放疗专业住院医师培训起步较晚，制度有待完善。本文结合自己在美国西南医学中心放疗中心学习的经历与体会，针对我国目前放療住院医师规范化培训与美国放疗住院医师制度的差异，提出相应的思考与建议。
