    [摘要] 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病，以进行性认知功能障碍和记忆衰退为特征。β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)是引发AD病程的始动因素，治疗AD的一个潜在的干预措施是减少脑内Aβ沉积。本文总结了Aβ的生成、清除，与AD的关系，对当前针刺调节Aβ治疗AD的基础研究进行了综述，发现针刺能够减少Aβ生成，通过调节Aβ降解酶、小胶质细胞相关因子，改善血脑屏障对Aβ的转运能力等途径，促进Aβ清除。同时对今后研究趋势加以展望，为疾病研究提供新思路。
