立止血对脑出血早期血肿增大的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察立止血对脑出血(ICH)早期血肿增大的影响。方法 对50例ICH患者随机采用早期立止血治疗和对照治疗，并进行动态CT观察，比较两组早期血肿增大发生率和病情好转率。 结果 6 h治疗组血肿增大3例，对照组9例，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；6～24 h治疗组2例，对照组3例；24 h 两组皆未出现血肿增大。第15天疗效评定治疗组好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 立止血可显著降低ICH患者早期血肿增大的发生率，并改善预后，提高ICH患者的生存率和治愈率。
