HPLC法测定治偏痛颗粒中芍药苷的含量

【摘要】 目的 控制治偏痛颗粒的质量。方法 建立高效液相色谱法测定治偏痛颗粒中芍药苷的含量。色谱柱为岛津Shimpack CLC-ODS色谱柱(6.0 mm×150 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-醋酸-异丙醇(67∶173∶4∶4)，检测波长230 nm，流速为1.0ml/min，柱温35℃。结果 芍药苷进样量在0.2～2.0μg范围内线性良好，(r=0.999 9)，理论板数6 000，方法平均回收率为100.8%。结论 本法操作简单，结果可靠，可作为治偏痛颗粒的常规检验方法。

【Abstract】 Objective Studies on quality control of Zhipiantong granules.Methods The content of paeoniflorin was determined by RP-HPLC. Shimpack CLC-ODS column (6.0 mm×150 mm，5 μm)was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 solution-Acetic Acid-Isopropanol (67:173:4:4)and detected at 230 nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The Range of linearity is 0.2～2.0 μg paeoniflorin (r=0.999 9).The theoretical plate number is 6 000.The average recovery is 100.8%.Conclusion The established method is simple ,reliable and suitable for the usual quality control method of Zhipiantong granules ......
