【摘要】 目的 提高对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的早期诊断及治疗，减少误诊误治，促进儿童哮喘的规范治疗。方法 对2003年1月至2006年12月曾误诊的152例CVA给予规范的哮喘治疗及分析。结果 有效率73.68%，治愈率67.11%。结论 对儿童CVA应有足够的认识，做到早期治疗，坚持治疗，防止中途停药或放弃等。

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the early diagnoses and treatment of CVA in asthmatic children, reduce misdiagnoses and mistreating. Methods Compare and analyze the CVA about 152 asthmatic children which treated in wrong way between 2003 to 2006.Results Efficiency 73.68%, Cure Rate 67.11%. Conclusions CVA about asthmatic children should be recognized enough, treated early and continuously, treatment should not be given up.
