升结肠癌诱发阑尾炎3例报告

【摘要】 目的 探讨升结肠癌诱发阑尾炎的可能性。方法 通过所选下列3例升结肠癌并发阑尾炎进行分析。结果 具有典型阑尾炎的症状、体征而行阑尾手术时，术中发现升结肠明显扩张、充血、水肿等情况，应探查其他肠管有无病变，以防漏诊。结论 向肠腔内生长的升结肠癌可能诱发阑尾炎。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possibility of ascending colon carcinoma inducing appendicitis.Methods 3 cases of ascending colon carcinoma were analyzed in a retrospective study.Results If colon dilation, congestion and oedema are observed on appendectomy on patients who have typical typhlitic manifestation, other intestinal canals should be explored in case of missed diagnosis. Conclusion Intracavity ascending colon carcinoma may induce appendicitis.

笔者发现以典型阑尾炎收住院治疗，并发升结肠癌3例。3例均行手术治疗，其中2例手术中发现，1例2个月后发生肠梗阻才发现。现报告如下。
