CT引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗卵巢囊肿疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法 在CT引导下经皮穿刺卵巢囊肿，用无水乙醇硬化治疗56例61个卵巢囊肿，其中单纯性囊肿41个，巧克力囊肿20个。结果 CT引导经皮穿刺无水乙醇硬化治疗卵巢囊肿疗效显著，穿刺成功率100%，治疗有效率达96.2%，未发生严重并发症。结论 经皮穿刺硬化治疗卵巢囊肿是硬化彻底、安全实用、疗效可靠的方法，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the clinical value of percutaneous alcohol sclerotherapy for oophoritic cysts guided by CT.Methods 61 oophoritic cysts including 41 simple and 20 chocolate cysts of 56 patients were treated with percutaneous needle puncture sclerotherapy under CT guidance.Results The treatment of transabdominal alcohol sclerotherapy for cysts guided by CT was effctive,the successful rate of percutaneous oophoitic cyst puncture was 100% in 56 patients,the cure effective rate reached 96.2% without serious complication.Conclusion The methed above is simple,complete ......
