后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术33例分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗输尿管结石的技术要点和经验。方法 采用经腹膜后途径腹腔镜技术行输尿管中、上段切开取石术33例。结果 33例均获成功，手术时间50～200 min，平均96 min。术中出血平均35 ml，随访3～24个月，无并发症发生。结论 后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术是治疗中、上段输尿管结石安全有效的微创技术。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical technique and experience of laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods 33 cases with upper or midst ureter calculi were treated by laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Results All the stones were taken out，the operation time was between 50-200 min with a mean of 96 min.The intra-operative mean bleeding volume was 35 ml.The compication was not observed duing the follow-up of 3-24 months.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of ureteral calculi is miniinvisive ......
