高效液相色谱法同时测定剌五加浸膏中两组分的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定剌五加浸膏中紫丁香苷(苷B)、紫丁香树脂苷(苷E)含量的方法。方法 色谱柱YMC-ODS柱，流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70)，检测波长苷B λs=265 nm, 苷E λs=220 nm,流速1.0 L/min,柱温30℃，进样量10 μl。结果 苷B、苷E分别在0.033 28～0.166 4 μg(r=0.999 8)，0.016 8～0.084 μg(r=0.999 3) 范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率苷B、苷E分别为98.61%(RSD=1.07%)、97.43%( RSD=1.21%)。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好，能同时测定剌五加浸膏中两组分的含量。
