氨甲蝶呤不同方法保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨氨甲蝶呤(MTX)保守治疗异位妊娠的最佳方案。方法 回顾性分析104例保守治疗的异位妊娠，分为3组。A组MTX 100 mg静脉推注，B组MTX 75 mg静脉推注，C组MTX 75 mg肌内注射。结果 3组成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，ALT异常发生率B组低于其他两组。结论 MTX 不同方法治疗异位妊娠的疗效相似；MTX75 mg静脉推注的不良反应发生率较低，可作为首选方案。
