高效液相色谱法测定血安颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定血安片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法 色谱柱：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，流动相：乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相；蒸发光散射检测器，流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温：40℃，进样量10 μl。结果 黄芪甲苷在2.72～13.60 μg(r=0.999 5)之间呈良好的线性关系。 黄芪甲苷平均回收率:100.1%(RSD=1.26%,6例)。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好。
