RP-HPLC法测定紫丁香叶中咖啡酸的含量
【摘要】 目的 建立紫丁香叶中咖啡酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用RP-HPLC法测定紫丁香叶中咖啡酸的含量,色谱条件为:DiamonsilTM C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)分析柱,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85),检测波长:323 nm,体积流量:1.0 ml/min,柱温:25℃。结果 咖啡酸的进样量在0.037 8~0.226 8 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6)。平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为2.2%(n=5);3批样品中咖啡酸的含量分别为 0.010 47、0.011 03、0.010 88 mg/g,RSD分别为2.0%、2.2%、1.6%。结论 本方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于紫丁香叶中咖啡酸的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determining the content of caffeic acid in Folium syringae.Methods Determination of caffeic acid in Folium syringae by RP-HPLC,the chromatographic conditions were DiamonsilTM C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)analytical column,mobile phase:methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution (15∶85),detection wavelength:323 nm,volume flow:1.0 ml/min,column temperature:25℃.Results A good liner range of caffeic acid was 0.037 8-0.226 8 μg(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 2.2%(n=5);the caffeic acid contents of 3 batch samples were 0.010 47,0.011 03,0.010 88 mg/g,RSD were 2.0%,2.2%,1.6%.Conclusion This method with high precision and good resolution can be used for the quality control of Folium syringae. ......
