【摘要】 目的 介绍逆行腓肠神经皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损及足跟肿瘤切除术后皮肤缺损的手术方法。方法 1997年8月至2006年12月，对29例患者用逆行腓肠神经皮瓣，分别修复胫骨远端踝关前侧外侧足背部软组织缺损及足跟肿瘤切除术后皮肤缺损。皮瓣设计在小腿后外侧，以腓肠神经为轴线，其蒂部部转折点在软组织缺损区以近1～5 cm出，皮瓣面积最大5.1 cm×4.2 cm，最小2.5 cm×2 cm。结果 29例的皮瓣中28例全部成活，1例皮瓣部分坏死经换药后愈合，术后随访6～12个月，皮瓣外形比较满意，质地柔软，皮肤感觉恢复良好。结论 逆行腓肠神经皮瓣具有操作简单，质地良好，血运可靠等优点，是修复胫骨远端，踝关节前侧、外侧足背部软组织缺损的较好方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective Recommend a new method in plerosising the defect of soft tissues in the ankle by using Retrograde sural nerve skin flap.Methods About 29pacients' defects of soft tissues in distal end of tibia anterolateral ankle had been plerosised from Aug.1997 to Dec.2006.The skin flap come from posterolateral leg,axising by sural nerve.The distance between the defect and the turning point is about1-5 cm,the area of skin flap(Max 5.1 cm× 4.2 cm,Min 2.5 cm× 2 cm).Results Only onepou partly necrosised but healed after dressing change,the other were fullyrecovered.After 6-12 monthes the contour and characterand sensation fully recovered.Conclusion The great virtue of retrograde sural nerveskin flap is simple and having sufficient circulation.It is a good method in plerosising the defects of soft tissues in the ankle. ......
