【摘要】 目的 探讨绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的诊断和治疗方法。方法 对2005年8月至2007年1月50例绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者进行回顾性分析。结果 50例患者均行盆腔超声检查，47例患者进行诊断性刮宫并行子宫内膜病理学检查，其中子宫内膜单纯型增生过长为35例，子宫内膜复杂型增生过长6例，子宫内膜不典型增生4例。结论 绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的诊断依据盆腔超声检查及诊断性刮宫，并进行子宫内膜病理学检查，以排除子宫内膜癌或息肉等器质性病变。药物仍为子宫内膜增生症的一线治疗。子宫内膜单纯型增生和子宫内膜复杂型增生用孕激素治疗效果好。

    The clinical analyses of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during the menopausal transition period

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) during the menopausal transition period.Methods 50 DUB patients in the clinics from August 2005 to January 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 50 patients had pelvic ultrasound examination.47 patients had diagnostic curettage and endometrial pathologic examination,of whom 35 were hyperplasia,6 were complex hyperplasia,4 were apypical hyperplasia.Conclusion The diagnosis of DUB were made according to the pelvic ultrasound examination and diagnostic curettage and endometrial pathologic examination to exclude the organic diseases such as endometrial cancer or polyps.Medicine was the first-line therapy for endometrial hyperplasia.The effect of progestogen therapy for simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasia were optimal. ......
