【摘要】 目的 观察自制高温高压灭菌明胶海绵颗粒栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效。方法 将明胶海绵剪成颗粒后经高温高压灭菌处理，用于65例产后大出血的栓塞，分别栓塞双侧子宫动脉，部分患者同时栓塞髂内动脉其他分支。结果 59例栓塞后未再出血(有效率90.8%)，6例于栓塞后48 h内再次出血(复发率9.2%)，其中2例为栓塞血管再通(3.1%)。1例出现子宫部分坏死。结论 自制高温高压灭菌明胶海绵颗粒用于产后大出血的栓塞，价格低廉，使用方便，栓塞效果好，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of embolization using high heat-pressure-treated gelatin sponge particles for post-partum hemorrhage.Methods 65 cases with post-partum hemorrhage were treated by embolization of uterine arteries and other blooding branches of interior iliac arteries.Results 59 cases had no re-bleeding after embolization( the rate of effectiveness 90.8%),6 cases re-bled in 48 hours after embolization ( the rate of recurrence 9.2%) and the embolized arteries in 2 cases recanalized (the rate of recanalization 3.1%),1 case had uterine necrosis.Conclusion Embolization using self-made high heat-pressure-treated gelatin sponge particles for post-partum hemorrhage is effective,convenient and economic. ......
