【摘要】 目的 通过回顾性分析无偿献血者发生晕厥的原因，以了解其护理防范的措施，从而减少晕厥的发生和晕厥带来的负面影响。方法 对65例献血者发生晕厥的原因进行回顾性分析。结果 其原因有紧张性晕厥、低血糖性晕厥、体位低血压性晕厥、环境因素所致晕厥。结论 献血者发生晕厥的原因多样而复杂，护士应熟练掌握晕厥发生时的应急处理，适时采取各种预防和护理措施，以减少晕厥发生和晕厥带来的损伤。

    【Abstract】 Objective Through retrospective analysis to the cause of syncope in voluntary blood donors,study the measures of nursing prevention,in order to decrease the syncope and the negative effects of syncope.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the cause of syncope in 65 blood donors.Results According to statistic analysis,the cause of syncope in blood donors includes the syncope because of too nervous,the low-glucose syncope,the postural hypertension syncope,and the syncope because of the environmental factors.Conclusion The cause of syncope in voluntary blood donors is complicated,nurses should grasp the emergent treating skill and take appropriate prevention and nursing measures when syncope happens in blood donors,so that decrease the syncope and the negative effects of syncope. ......
