【摘要】 目的 探讨碟脉灵注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 采用大鼠皮下注射0.1%肾上腺素0.2 ml加冰水中浸泡5 min复制急性血瘀模型，观察碟脉灵注射液(DMLI)对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果 DMLI 5、10 g生药/(kg·d)可使急性血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、红细胞沉降率、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数均明显降低。结论 DMLI对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的异常变化有明显改善作用，这对于防止急性心肌梗死时的高黏状态以及动脉硬化的发展均有益处。
