【摘 要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎治疗的应用。方法 对收治的70例急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行综合分析。结果 除3例中转开腹外,67例急性胆囊炎患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，术后无并发症。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎安全、有效，应重视手术时机的选择及手术操作时注意事项。
