【摘 要】 目的 总结Nd:YAG激光治疗前壁与角膜内皮相贴的虹膜囊肿的经验。方法 对5例前壁与角膜内皮相贴的虹膜囊肿进行YAG激光经前房角镜反射爆破治疗，破坏囊肿的完整性。结果 5例虹膜囊肿均萎缩，无复发。结论 Nd:YAG激光经前房角镜反射治疗前壁与角膜内皮相贴的虹膜囊肿是一种安全、方便、快捷、损伤小的有效方法。
