【摘要】目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术临床应用价值。 方法回顾分析从2000年来397例腹腔镜胆囊联合手术的临床资料。 结果全部病例无中转开腹，无并发症。与腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者比较，术后平均留院时间相近。 结论腹腔镜胆囊切除联合手术能安全、有效、微创地处理腹腔内多个病灶，值得在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo assess the practical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopic surgery in clinic. Methods397 laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopic surgery performed from 2000 to now were analyzed. ResultsAll laparoscopic procedures were successfully completed.No one needed to be convened to laparotomy and had postoperative complications. Postoperative stay was similar to that of patients under laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the same time. Conclusionlaparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with other laparoscopic surgery can be performed conveniently.It offers significant benefits to patients such as decreased postoperative pain ......
